My dear children,
Offer more prayers that are so important to you during this period of fasting. If you cannot live without water and bread, your hearts cannot grow spiritually and develop without prayer. Prayer fills your heart with love. Through love you might understand things better, which otherwise are closed to you. Do not forget that work might be prayer too. Prayer will fill you up with unquenchable love that you might share with your neighbors.
